We are professional brainstorming partners and doers, whose mission is to reach defined goals with functioning results. Our solutions are customised and practical, because we entrench ourselves in a company's processes, its technological environment and the demands of the market.
Our collective history begins at the end of the 1990s in a network of Berlin IT companies. Four years later in 2003 we founded ergomedia GmbH, a consultancy for IT strategy as well as project and communications management. In 2005 we crossed paths with the entrepreneurs and former Compunet managers Matthias Kreplien and Dr. Thomas Kroßner, who had a new business idea. Together we created a Germany-wide property management company. In 2006 we incorporated ergomedia as a subsidiary. In 2008 the company became an Aktiengesellschaft, a limited liability company. Iris Rabener and Ingo Rau are members of the board of directors; Jürgen Neumann is managing director of ergomedia GmbH. Five years after the initial concept the company has come of age and development work is complete. With the desire to carry this momentum forward, we began in May 2011 to launch new projects as the econauts. Amongst others we are recently working for Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH and Deutsche Bahn AG.
